I was immediately made aware that the software is not only not user friendly, but also that - if it can do the things noted in the description - it's virtually impossible to utilize.
Being a digital install I didn't have much hope, but called Amazon to ask if it could be refunded. The answer was no, no problem, and they suggested that I contact Corel directly. In doing so I was advised that I'd have to take the issue up with Amazon as it was a secondary vendor. Essentially I had no recourse. To then make matters worse, Corel opened up a tech support ticket asking what specifically I was having issues with on functionality. Of course I thought to myself, 'thanks for completely disregarding my complaint, Corel rep, I really appreciate that The software isn't what it's chalked up to be and there simply isn't available support to voice such complaints.
